Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons or high-volume promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Tents, chairs, tables, and larger camping items are packaged in protective carry bags or reinforced outer boxes to prevent damage to poles, frames, and fabric during transit. Accessories ship in standard protective packaging.
Please inspect all packaging carefully upon delivery before discarding, and retain original packaging until you have confirmed the product is complete and undamaged.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product size, warehouse availability, or carrier requirements. You will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond what was shown at checkout. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@camphubs.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes. CampHubs is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address.
