At CampHubs, we stand behind every product we sell. If something is not right with your order — whether it is a tent, a camp chair, a hammock, or an accessory — we will work with you to make it right.
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:
Important: Once a tent has been pitched, a chair assembled and used outdoors, or a hammock hung and used, it is generally not eligible for return unless it arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend unboxing and inspecting items before use to confirm everything is present and meets your expectations.
Do not ship items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@camphubs.com with:
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, full or partial refund, or store credit.
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

If your order arrives with missing poles, stakes, carry bags, or accessories, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send the missing parts or provide a resolution at no cost.
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Email support@camphubs.com immediately with your order number. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
