Can I return a tent after pitching it?
No — once pitched and used outdoors, tents are not eligible for return unless they arrived defective or incorrect. We recommend inspecting all components before pitching.
Who pays for return shipping?
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, CampHubs covers return shipping. For change of mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
My item arrived with missing parts. What do I do?

Are your tents waterproof?

Most tents in our catalog are rated 1500–3000mm, which is suitable for moderate rain. Seams may require periodic sealing after extended use. No tent is completely waterproof in all conditions.
What seasons are your tents rated for?
Season rating — 3-season or 4-season — is listed in the product specifications. Most camping tents in our catalog are 3-season designs (spring, summer, fall) suitable for mild to moderate conditions. They are not designed for heavy snow loads or extreme winter conditions.
Can I use the pop-up tent in rain?
Yes, most pop-up tents have a waterproof rainfly. However, automatic pop-up designs are primarily optimized for quick shelter — in heavy rain, a traditional double-wall tent with taped seams provides better weather protection.
How do I fold a pop-up tent back down?

How do I hang the camping hammock?

All CampHubs products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal recreational use. How do I make a warranty claim?

What happens if my product is damaged during shipping?
